INTERNATIONAL COACH FEDERATION
The International Coach Federation (ICF) is the world’s largest and most recognized organization of professionally trained coaches. Representing executive coaches, life coaches, leadership coaches, relationship coaches, career coaches and more, ICF’s mission is to advance coaching so that it becomes an integral part of a thriving society.
ICF Credential-holders are part of a self-regulating group of elite coaches who provide accountability to clients and the coaching profession as a whole. We pursue and complete rigorous education and practice requirements that provide unquestioned legitimacy to our commitment to excellence in coaching.
Naomi is an Associate Certified Coach & Member of the ICF, she is currently working towards her PCC Credential.
ICF CODE OF ETHICS
The ICF is committed to maintaining and promoting excellence in coaching. Therefore, the ICF expects all members and credentialed coaches (coaches, coach mentors, coaching supervisors, coach trainers or students), to adhere to the elements and principles of ethical conduct: to be competent and integrate ICF Core Competencies effectively in our work.
We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome and times when we feel stuck.
Thanks to coaching, people from around the world have been able to surpass their limitations and achieve their personal and professional goals. Ready to be inspired by some true stories of profound change shared by the ICF? Check out the videos #experiencecoaching here!
