Representing executive coaches, life coaches, leadership coaches, relationship coaches, career coaches and more, ICF’s mission is to advance coaching so that it becomes an integral part of a thriving society.

ICF CREDENTIALING
ICF Credential-holders are part of a self-regulating group of elite coaches who provide accountability to clients and the coaching profession as a whole. We pursue and complete rigorous education and practice requirements that provide unquestioned legitimacy to our commitment to excellence in coaching.
Naomi is an Associate Certified Coach & Member of the ICF, she is currently working towards her PCC Credential.

The ICF is committed to maintaining and promoting excellence in coaching. Therefore, the ICF expects all members and credentialed coaches (coaches, coach mentors, coaching supervisors, coach trainers or students), to adhere to the elements and principles of ethical conduct: to be competent and integrate ICF Core Competencies effectively in our work.
