2024 Health & Wellbeing Retreats

Our retreats have a simple motto:

“Rest and Recharge”

Hannah and her husband’s country farmhouse is a perfect setting for:

RESTING : mix of taking care of both your body and your mind, from massages, reiki and healthy local fresh food to meditation and yoga workshops.

RECHARGING : which will include walks in nature, coaching conversations and other 'à la carte' creative workshops.

As an individual, coaching is about:

  • Recognising that you are stuck in some aspect of your life.

  • Or that you are excelling in an aspect of your life and you'd like to capitalise on your success and apply your learnings elsewhere!

  • Asking for support to move beyond the uncomfortableness that stepping out of your comfort zone brings.

  • Tapping into your inner strengths and resources. 

  • Embracing learning about yourself and growing as a person.

  • Feeling more fulfilled & aligned with your true self.

  • Trusting your decision making and your inner sense of knowing. 

As a team, coaching is about:  

  • Acknowledging that there are some dysfunctions within the team or areas for growth.

  • Sharing a joint desire to work beyond them.

  • Trusting that the team has the required skills to get to where they need to be.

  • Working together to ensure the team can communicate openly and honestly with each other and external stakeholders.

  • Trusting that the whole is greater than the sum of it's parts.

  • If you find that we aren’t the right match for you, we’ll put you in contact with another great coach from our network.

  • Naomi and Hannah both work with 121 private clients, Leaders in a wide variety of corporate environments & teams in both SMEs and global brands in the FTSE 500.

  • Naomi also has a passion for coaching outdoors, taking her client’s on a Walk & Talk, journeying inside whilst outside!

  • Naomi & Hannah work on a PWYC (pay what you can) basis. We share price guidelines within market norms but trust each of our clients to pay what they can when they can, ensuring coaching is accessible to everyone, everywhere!
